What is the cut-off time for same day delivery?

To qualify for our guaranteed same day delivery, please place your order by 1:00 pm, Monday to Friday. If you've missed the cut-off, it's still worth giving us a call or sending us a WhatsApp message—we'll always do our best to help.

Do you offer same day collections?

Yes. Our cut-off time for same day collections is 4:00 pm. If it's later than this, please contact us and we'll check whether a collection can still be arranged.

What is the minimum order for delivery?

Our minimum delivery quantity is 200 litres.

What is the minimum order for collection?

Collections start from 100 litres.

How much heating oil can I collect?

The quantity you can collect depends on your chosen transport and storage capacity. Most collections are between 100 and 300 litres, supplied in sealed 20-litre containers for safe and convenient transport.

How much does a 20-litre container weigh?

A full 20-litre container of premium kerosene weighs approximately 16 kg, so please ensure you can lift it safely or bring suitable assistance if required.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of heating oil and fuel safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been supplied.

What type of heating oil do you supply?

We supply only premium 28-second kerosene, the preferred fuel for most domestic oil-fired heating systems.
